Denver - Park Hill neighborhood

Seeing our plans come to life is such a joy.  

Collaboration once again with Stevie Tuck of Tuck Development who did an outstanding job of doing this by completing this luxurious, classic home.  The gourmet kitchen, the stunning details and the tranquil space is shown in this finished project.  

What a privilege to be a part of this new build.  The inside is just a continuation of the outside ambiance.   Large windows in so many directions do not block the view.    The design fits in perfectly with the surroundings.  

Notice the details in every corner...the sink, dog bath, lights, interior logs...

A family in the Castle Rock area are often entertaining so they requested open space on the first floor for visiting and entertaining.   

The children are home schooled so open areas on the second floor and basement are perfect for their lessons.

When building in the foothills of Colorado take advantage of the views, the space and nature all around.  That is exactly what this client did.  Windows in so many directions to enjoy the weather, the wildlife, the seasons.    The design fits in perfectly with the surroundings.  Not taking away from the views.

What a joy working with clients that wanted to take two freight containers and build their home in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.  Two containers - one on each end with a frame structure tying them together.  

What views and excitement seeing what the end results are.  

A beautiful view, a beautiful home with a wonderful layout.  Wildlife and mountains can be seen at this home.
